How does it all work?

Modern technology makes administration outsourcing simple – whatever you would traditionally ask of your resident PA or secretary can usually be done remotely, except putting the fresh mug of coffee on your desk!

 

Genie Crew will work closely with you to understand your requirements and how best to provide you with the support you need in the way that suits you best.

 

Working from our own premises, we accept all forms of communication (for example, audio dictation, traditional bits of paper by mail or fax, or plain verbal instruction). We will then complete the task in hand and send it back to you. 

I can’t see what I am looking for on your list of services 

Don’t worry – our list of services is not exhaustive and if you can’t see what you are looking for, just ask.

 

We understand that the needs of businesses are all different (and also change regularly); Genie Crew will work with you all the way to get things in control and keep them that way! 

Do you come to our office?

Not unless you really want us to!

 

Genie Crew work in our own offices to manage your administration and support requirements. This means that there is no need for you to provide any desk space, furniture or equipment – and therefore no associated costs for these things either.

 

Of course, sometimes there is nothing quite like hands-on help and if you need this every so often, we can do this too by coming to your premises – just call us for more information.

How do I get things to you?

However it suits you best! We can work with all forms of communication - email, fax, phone and of course, the traditional hardcopy paper form by mail.

 

At the end of the assignment we will return the work to you in your agreed form. 

What is the minimum / maximum time we can use your services?

Genie Crew will provide services to you for as little as just one hour – perfect if you have a vital task but just don’t have the time or in-house resource to do it yourself.

 

On the other hand, if you need on-going support Genie Crew is happy to help and will make sure you have the assistance you need whether it is for one-off projects or on a regular basis. Click here for more information.

What about confidentiality?

At Genie Crew we understand the importance of confidentiality. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect you (and we can supply one for you if you don’t already have one of your own).

How much will it cost me?

Genie Crew services cost £20 per hour (ex VAT) although we also offer extra-value retainer contracts for regular customers. Click here for more information.

I don't want any employees - how can Genie Crew help?

Don’t worry – by using Genie Crew you are merely outsourcing your administration and support requirements so you have none of the employer/employee obligations and constraints that this entails.

 

Genie Crew VA's (Virtual Assistants) are self employed and therefore your business benefits from extra resource, as and when you need it but without the commitment that comes with employing staff. The perfect flexible solution. 

Do I need to provide desk space and IT equipment?

No! Another benefit to you by using Genie Crew is that you don’t need to worry about providing any of this (and the associated costs). At Genie Crew we have our own premises and provide all our own equipment.
